Marcella Thorne

Passed peacefully away at her daughter’s home where she resided, in the company of her loving family, Marcella Thorne aged 88 years old. Predeceased by her father Lawrence Fahey of Tickle Harbour, mother Mary Ellen Fahey of Chapel Arm, husbands Thomas Lewis and Clarence Thorne. Leaving to mourn with fond and loving memories her 9 children: Madonna (Kevin), Nellie, Veronica (Don), Kathleen (Dale), Shirley (Freeman), Kenneth (Casey), Bernice (Kevin). Also loved and remembered by 20 grandchildren, 29 great-grandchildren, as well as a large circle of family and friends and her two companions, cats Smokey and Bandit. Resting at Holloway's Funeral Home, Whitbourne. Visitation is as follows; Wednesday, July 11: 2pm - 9pm. Funeral Mass will be held at 5pm at Sacred Heart Roman Catholic Church in Bellevue on Thursday, July 12.
