Oscar Joseph Forward

Passed suddenly, but peacefully away, on Saturday, March 3rd, 2018, Oscar Forward, aged 83 years. Leaving with warm and loving memories Jeannie Buckley; son Wayne (Janet); granddaughters Ashlee (Steven) and Gillian (Jamie); daughter Debbie; grandchildren Melissa, Marsha, Marshall Jr. (Jenessa), Sheldon and eight great-grandchildren. Also leaving to mourn his siblings Doreen Hobbs, Ruth Whelan, Sandy, Kevin (Josephine), Mary Holloway, Robert (Marge), Diane Seguin, Sharon Quinlan (Jerome), David (Maureen), and Selby (Jean); sister-in-law Jean. Also leaving to mourn many nieces, nephews and friends, Elizabeth (Betty) Forward (Norm Mercer), Esther Buckley and the Buckley family. Predeceased by his parents Sandy and Clara; brother Gordon and brothers-in-law Jim Whelan, Hubert Hobbs, and Dave Holloway; and sister-in-law Vera. Resting at Carnell’s Funeral Home, 329 Freshwater Road, on Monday, March 5th from 7-9 pm, Tuesday, March 6th from 10-9 pm and Wednesday, March 7th from 9-11 am, followed by funeral at 11 am from The Carnell Memorial Chapel with Interment at Mount Pleasant Cemetery.
