ROACH Philip Michael May 4, 1950 – June 1, 2020 It is with pain and sadness that we announce Phil’s sudden passing at home on Monday, June 1, 2020, age 70 years. Predeceased in March by his beloved wife Frances. Leaving to mourn: sisters Barbara Manning (Gerry, nieces Hayley and Erin), Janet Lochte (Glen); brother Gary (Carolyn, nieces Leanne and Colleen); brother-in-law Mack White (Patricia, nephew Christopher, niece Jennifer); Also leaving to mourn special friends Brenda and Randy Spurrell and Dave and Mona Lee; as well as numerous other relatives and friends. Caul’s has been entrusted with his care and cremation has taken place.
