Professor Md Azizur Rahman

Passed suddenly away on June 16th, 2018, with his loving wife of 55 years at his side. Aziz was preceded by his parents Akaber Ali and Wasifun Nessa and his sister Amina, all from Bangladesh. Leaving to mourn wife Alta Rahman, his daughter Diana (Kevin), and sons Proton (Tanis) and Adam (Corrine). The joys of life were his grandchildren Ryan, Brooke, Isabella, Jasmine, Xavier, Arissa and Asher. He was an internationally recognized engineer who pioneered electric vehicle motors. He is resting at Barrett’s Funeral Home, 328 Hamilton Avenue with visitations on Monday, June 18th, 2018 from 10 am - 3 pm. His funeral service will be held at 5:30 pm on June 18th, 2018 at the St. John’s Mosque on 430 Logy Bay Road. No flowers on request.
