Wallace Gerard Burke

A devoted father, son, firefighter and dog lover, Wally left this world on Sunday, Feb. 25th leaving behind many who loved him. Predeceased by his mother Gladys and father Jack, who cherished their baby boy. Left to mourn, his two sons, Greg and Steve, his loving partner Penny, and sons Zack and Cam, and dog Phoebe. Sisters San (Mike), Ger (Ray), Gloria, Jackie, Elizabeth (Phil), Tess (Al) and Chantelle (Andy) and brothers Lester and Bruce (Faith) and many nieces and nephews. When the ones we love can not reach out and see a way out we must learn how to reach them. May he drift in waters of peace. "I must go down to the seas again, to the lonely sea and sky, And all I ask is a tall ship and a star to steer her by." The family will gather and celebrate his life privately.
