Regarding the Fixed Link and the rail versus road plan that’s been in the news. While a rail connection may have seemed the most practical in 2005 there have been considerable advances in underwater tunnel technology in the past 13years. So where so much of the expertise lies in Norway it would seem logical to invite some Norwegian experts to evaluate the situation.

If both Premiers Dwight Ball and Philippe Couillard still feel that there are considerable social and economic benefits to this project it can’t just sit on the back burner for another 13 years.
