1 Billion Rising

On Thursday, Feb. 14 people in the St. John’s area will join with activists around the world for One Billion Rising, the largest day of action in the history of Valentine’s Day, the global activist movement to end violence against women and girls. One Billion Rising — St. John’s, goes ahead at the Knights of Columbus Hall,
St. Clare Avenue, from 4-10 p.m. on Thursday, Feb. 14.  Everyone is welcome, admission is free, the building is wheelchair accessible.
