Fixing power outage in Torbay

Saturday was a clean-up day for the thousands and thousands of homeowners in and around the capital city region following Friday's blizzard, which saw old man winter dump some 52 centimetres of snow on the Northeast Avalon region. Newfoundland Power crews are still working to restore power to affected areas.
