Get your hoop on at Bishop Field School on Jan. 5 from 3-5 p.m. All are welcome to this free workshop that will introduce participants to the basics of hooping technique and to hooping for fitness. There will be an energetic warm-up followed by instruction on hooping and toning combos using body weight with and without the hoop. The class will end with a relaxing cool down and stretching with the hoop. Please wear fitted clothing and indoor sneakers. Bring your hoop and if you don’t have one there will be hoops on site.
