The Salmonid Association of Eastern Newfoundland (SAEN) will resume the Rod Building course on Sunday, Jan. 20 at 1 p.m. at the office boardroom. In addition, a new round of fly tying courses for beginners, intermediate and advanced participants will start on Monday, Jan. 21 at 7:30 p.m. at SAEN boardroom.
