The St. John’s International Women’s Film Festival

The St. John’s International Women’s Film Festival is thrilled to present a screening of the Oscar-nominated film Rebelle (War Witch), followed by two days of filmmaking workshops, as part of Scene & Heard, the Festival’s annual celebration of International Women’s Day. The screening takes place on March 1 at the LSPU Hall at 8 p.m. Tickets are $12 for regular admission and $10 for students and seniors. We are also offering two days of workshops on March 2 and March 3 which are open to everyone. We’re exploring sound, script writing, line producing and budgeting, casting for Indie Films and talking to DOPs for directors and producers.
