Update: RNC, chief medical examiner on the scene where body discovered

The Royal Newfoundland Constabulary says a lobster fisherman reported this morning seeing a body in the Dead Man's Bay area just outside St. John's harbour.
The RNC says the report came in about 7:15 a.m.
The fisherman reported the body on the shore area.
Personnel from RNC patrol services, major crimes and forensic identification services are on the scene and are working with the office of the Chief Medical Examiner to investigate the details surrounding the death.
