Elite Eight high school basketball rankings updated

The second set of rankings for the Hall of Fame Cup (Elite Eight) high school basketball championship have been released by the Newfoundland and Labrador Basketball Association (NLBA). The event will be held Feb. 21-23 at the Newfoundland and Labrador Sports Centre in St. John’s.

Over 300 game results have been used to assist with the rankings. Sunday, Feb. 9 has been set as the final day to submit game result, but Roger Head, chair of the Elite Eight program urges all hosts to report scores immediately following their event.

The final set of rankings will be released Feb, 11.
