The Knights and Rona Storm will complete a game that was suspended from earlier this season. The game, currently tied 2-2, will be played 8:30 Tuesday night at Smallwood Drive Ball Park.
At stake is third and fourth place in the final standings. Both teams are 11-8.
At St. Pat’s Ball Park Monday night, Holy Cross defeated OMT Shamrocks 5-3. Cody Dalton (7 IP, 3R, 2ER, 6H, 3BB, 3K) won over Cody Colbert (4 IP, 3R, 3ER, 4H, 5BB, 2K). Bernie Morgan (3 IP, 2R, 0ER, 1H, 3BB, 1K) started for the Shammies.
Andrew Dowden and Evan Reid both went two-for-three for Holy Cross. Peter Cornick had two hits for Shamrocks.
In another game, the Storm doubled Gonzaga 10-5. Michael Molloy (7 IP, 5R, 3ER, 7H, 3BB, 4K) won over starter Nathan Milley (2 IP, 7R, 4ER, 3H, 2BB, 2HBP, 1K). Jack Baggs and Cole Hillier also pitched for Gonzaga.
Steve Trickett had a pair of hits for the winners. Diego Lopez had two hits in a losing cause.
At Smallwood Drive Ball Park, Knights downed Feildians 13-8 in five innings. Kobe Weir beat Nick Curran. Randy Peddle had two hits and three RBIs, and Colin Hunt scored three runs for the Knights.
