Intermediate baseball win for Double Blues

Sundance Feildians defeated the Gonzaga Vikings 7-2 in St. John’s Molson intermediate baseball Wednesday night at St. Pat’s Ball Park.

Keegan Spurrell, Nick Curran, Greg Delacey and Daniel Humber all had two hits apiece for the Double Blues.

Peter Walker (5.1IP, 2H, 2R, 0ER, 5BB, 2K) started and was credited with the win. Jake Tobin (1.2IP, 1H, 0R, 2BB, 3K) came on for the save. Jack Baggs, the first of three Gonzaga pitchers, was tagged with the loss. Zach Reid and Elliott Phillips also saw mound duty.
