Cricket Newfoundland and Labrador is launching its summer Junior Cricket program Sunday with an open registration for those looking for an opportunity try the game.

Registration begins 5:30 p.m. at the Macdonald Drive Elementary School soccer field.

The program is for boys and girls aged 8 to 14. No experience or background in cricket is required, and all equipment will be supplied.

Sessions will be held on Fridays and Sundays from June 29 until o the end of August.
