Hockey NL ready to launch website for provincial tournaments

Hockey Newfoundland and Labrador (HNL) says a website (www.hnlprovincials.ca) dedicated to providing rosters, schedules, scores and more for every Hockey NL tournament, will be up and running for the start of provincial championships this weekend.

There are four tourneys beginning Friday and running until Sunday.

The World’s Finest midget AA event is being hosted by Labrador West; the female peewee AAA tourney will be hosted Gros Morne Minor; the female bantam AAA championship is in Port aux Basques; and the Polar Centre in St. Anthony is the site  of the female midget AAA provincials.

As well, Hockey NL has launched a new twitter handle (@hkynlaaa) for AAA male and female tournaments to provide scores of each game.
