Malorie Harris scored her league-leading fifth goal of the season, Breanna Gilmore added an insurance marker in the second half and Sydney Walsh recorded her third shutout in as many games as C.B.S. Kirby United blanked Feildians 2-0 in Breen’s Jubilee Trophy women’s soccer play at King George V Park Thursday night.
The result leaves C.B.S. with a 3-0 record and tied for first place with defending champion Cross Avalon Ford. Those two undefeated teams don’t have their first meeting for another couple of weeks.
