The Memorial Sea-Hawks men’s soccer team is adding one of the stalwarts from Newfoundland and Labrador’s 2017 Canada Games team to the roster.

The Sea-Hawks announced that Harry Carter, a six-foot midfielder from St. John’s, will attend Memorial in the fall and has committed to the men’s soccer program.

A Gonzaga High School student, Carter has been part of provincial programs from U13 to U17 and also played for the St. John’s Soccer Club besides being a member of the Games team which competed in Winnipeg after taking part in the provincial Challenge Cup men’s league on an exhibition basis.

Carter will study business at Memorial.
