Tely 10 champions Colin Fewer and Jennifer Murrin are The Telegram sports department's choice as co-athletes of the week.
Fewer won his 11th Tely championship last Sunday, while Murrin raced to her second straight title.
Fewer finished in a time of 52:05, a comfortable 35 seconds ahead of the second-place finisher, Graydon Snider of Montreal.
As for Murrin, the humid weather didn’t slow her down as she ran at 56:58, the sixth-fastest time ever recorded by a woman. She finished ninth overall, and 36 seconds ahead of Anne Johnston.
