Game 4 in the best-of-seven final goes 6 p.m. this evening at Lions Park.

The game was tied 4-4 heading to the bottom of the fifth inning when Blair Ezekiel drew a one-out walk. Sean Cleary doubled to right field, but Ezekiel was thrown out at home trying to score on the play. That set the stage for Kelly’s home run to centerfield.

The Bigs made a game of it in the sixth when Craig Edmunds homered to make it 6-5. But that’s how it ended.

Cleary (7IP, 5R, 8H, 1BB, 10K) won over Mark Power (6IP, 6R, 7H, 4BB, 2K).

Andrew Wade also hit a two-run home run for the winners, and Shane Boland smacked a solo shot.

Peter Kavanagh had a pair of hits in a losing cause.
