Sport Chek ditching Village for Avalon

Sport Chek is leaving the Village Mall and moving to the Avalon Mall, opening Oct. 15, a spokeswoman for the company confirmed.As well, the Avalon has announced Tommy Hilfiger, SKETCHERS, Michael Hill and Bikini Village will open in the fall.

The Brick, a furniture store, will open its first Newfoundland and Labrador location as a standalone on the property.
