The Mount Pearl Paradise Chamber of Commerce has handed out the hardware for its 2018 Best in Business Awards.

The awards were presented in front of an audience of more than 200 people Tuesday evening at the Reid Centre in Mount Pearl.

This year’s award winners were:

Communications and Marketing Award — Hickman Automotive Group

Best New Business — GForce Funderdome Inc.

Outstanding Business of the Year Award (Under 15 employees) — Admiralty House Communications Museum

Outstanding Business of the Year Award (16+ employees) — Body Quest Health & Wellness Centre.

Outstanding employee Award — Linda Humby with Young Drivers of Canada

Innovation Award — Pennecon Limited

Customer Service Award — Colemans

Employee Equity Award — Inclusion NL

Community Impact Award (Mount Pearl) — Mount Pearl Frosty Festival
