2016 NLCA conference runs until Saturday

The Newfoundland and Labrador Construction Association (NLCA) began its 2019 conference with its theme – Driving The New Agenda – at the Delta Hotel in St. John’s Thursday.

On opening day a student mentoring session was held whereby students were able to gain insight from experienced industry professionals to help them with their career paths.

Among the panelists were Zey Emir, chair of the Canadian Construction Association (CCA), and CCA president Mary Van Buren of Ottawa
