Steve Earle, Alan Doyle, Serena Rider, Billy Talent and Matt Mays and the Trews are among the artists announced for the Iceberg Alley Performance Tent happening Sept. 12-22.

The Brigus Production Co. announced Wednesday it will begin construction of the Iceberg Alley Performance Tent in Quidi Vidi.

The big blue tent returns for a second year on the grounds around the Royal Canadian Legion.

It will have a capacity for more than 2,500 patrons under a 25,000-square-foot “big top.”

“Our inaugural year was launched to tremendous fanfare that delivered an overwhelming patron experience. We have some key learnings which will be incorporated into this year’s design, including the creation of four hospitality suites directly adjacent to the stage,” Brigus Production Co. president John Steele stated in a news release.

Tickets are on sale at participating North Atlantic Orangestores across the province or online at www.icebergalleyconcerts.com.

The Glorious Sons headline an exclusive “Win to Get In” concert from MolsonCoors on Wednesday, Sept. 12, where tickets can be won in specialty marked cases of Coors Light, Molson Canadian and Miller Light.

The festival lineup, event information, nightly promotions and ticketing information can be found online at www.icebergalleyconcerts.com or by following twitter @IcebergAlleyNL and on Instagram/ icebergalleyperformancetent.
