SYDNEY, N.S. — Four-year-old Aaiden Gallant works on his Easter colouring while staying at his Sydney home with his mother Marissa, during the emergency measures enacted by the provincial government to combat the COVID-19 outbreak.

"During these times of uncertainty, my parenting style has been super flexible," Gallant said. "I let him set up his water table in the basement and basically anything he looks to do, we do it. He’s been doing lots of cooking and baking because he loves that. We go for walks daily."
