A new phase and new showhomes open in Evanston


A new phase has been added to StreetSide Developments’ Evanston Park townhome collection in northwest Calgary.

“Evanston Park consists of several distinct phases that front onto a circular municipal natural reserve situated in the popular community of Evanston,” says area manager, Sabrina Richardson. “What makes the project special is the landscaping that has been incorporated into every phase, showcasing the essence of four beautiful landscapes from southern Alberta. Homes in Evanston Park start in the $270,000s, while homes in Evanston Park 2 start from the $320,000s.

“My favourite features of the homes are the well-thought-out floorplans that offer comfortable living spaces with ample amounts of storage,” says Richardson. “They feature great-sized kitchens with plenty of cabinet space, tile backsplash, quartz countertops and stainless steel appliances.

“The great rooms are large enough to fit full-sized furniture and have large windows that allow for plenty of natural light.

“The master bedrooms are bright and spacious, with large walk-in closets and ensuites that include upgraded walk-in showers and ample counter space.”

The northwest community of Evanston has long been one of Calgary’s most popular and, as a well-established, mature neighbourhood, amenities are close by.
