No one tells it like it is quite like Céline Dion — with a hint of sass so shaming you’ll regret you asked.

Nevertheless, one fearless caller went there on a recent episode of Watch What Happens Live with Andy Cohen, asking if Dion was currently dating anyone and if she might ever remarry.

Her voice dropping a dangerous octave, eyebrows raised, Dion responded, “You’re supposed to ask one question.”

She then added with a laugh, “I don’t date, I don’t have a boyfriend. It doesn’t mean that I will not find someone in my life. If I do, that would be great. If I don’t, that would be great too, because I’m still in love.”

She was referring to her late husband and manager René Angélil, who died in 2016. The pair had been together for 22 years.

Dion added, “Once you’re in love so much, you know, I’ve been living all my life with René, he’s still within me, I see him through the eyes of my children every day. I’m so passionate about life and so lucky to have my three beautiful sons. … If I had someone in my life, I would tell you, because I’ve been an open book all my life.”

As for those rumours regarding her best friend and dancer Pepe Munoz, with whom she has often been photographed holding hands?

“We’re best friends!” she said. “We have a good time together. … He’s gay! He’s not my boyfriend. He’s gay, calm down, I’m not trying to hide here, everything is cool, but we can hold hands, we can go to the movies and restaurants. Calm down, people!”

You heard it from Céline herself.
