As always, Hollywood has been going through the full life cycle of love. New relationships have blossomed and old ones (or some brand news ones) have ended.

It’s rumoured that Bradley Cooper and Irina Shayk have broken up. The couple have been together for four years and share a daughter. It was widely speculated that Bradley and Lady GaGa were together during the A Star is Born press, but apparently, Lady GaGa had nothing to do with the split.

If you are a Vanderpump Rules fan, then you know Kristen Doute and Brian Carter broke up. It may be an unpopular opinion, but I like Kristen Doute. I like people who are consistent. At any point, it is safe to assume I am wearing sweatpants and worried about something; and, at any point, Kristen is drinking white wine and getting into an argument.

In the least shocking news ever, Pete Davidson and Kate Beckinsale broke up. This was a total socks and sandals pairing.

Adele and Simon Konecki announced their split on April 19 and I’m devastated for her - but thrilled for us, as she will no doubt write a killer album about this heartbreak. I’ll start warming up my karaoke vocals right away.

Nicholas Cage and his wife of four days, Erika Koike, filed for an annulment on March 27. It is speculated that they began dating in April and this is Nicholas’ fourth wife. I’m shocked, are you?

Cortney Hendrix and Jason Carrion filed for divorce. If you didn’t watch Married at First Sight, then you are getting into heaven before me, but you also missed out on falling in love with young vivacious couple, Cortney and Jason. They lasted five years, which is pretty impressive considering they met each other for the first time at their televised wedding.

Not all love is lost, in fact, some new love emerged:

Actress Rosario Dawson and 2020 presidential candidate Cory Booker are dating and I am fangirling. The power, the charisma, the beauty! And other things I imagine people saying when they scroll through my Instagram.

Zac Efron is rumoured to be dating Danish Olympic swimmer Sarah Bro. They have been spotted at a UFC fight and a Los Angeles Kings hockey game, and I’m so glad I’m not dating Zac Efron, because I don’t want to watch that much sports.

Miranda Lambert married NYPD officer Brendan McLoulin. The bar is set high because Miranda was previously married to talented singer and funny man Blake Shelton, but Brendan had a baby with an ex the same month he met Miranda and was accused of cheating with that ex while engaged to someone else. I’m no neat freak, but that sounds too messy for me.

Bachelor nation now has a king and queen: Chris Harrison and Lauren Zima have started dating. Chris is the long-time host of The Bachelor and Lauren is an E reporter who covers the show. If you love The Bachelor and don’t watch Lauren Zima’s Roses & Rosé recaps, then you are missing out on easily obtained joy every Tuesday on YouTube.

Catch up again in a few months when all of these couples break up!
