A garden goes to the dogs in St John's, but don't worry — it's a good thing

MUN Botanical Garden went to the dogs on Sunday for its annual Dog Days at the Garden event. Little paws padded around the plants, with dogs barking at one another between the bushes in the 110-acre natural area. One-year-old Shih Tzu sisters, Sammie and Gracie, attended the event last year and loved it so much their owners brought them again. The Garden will be open for pooches twice more this year, on Oct. 25 and Nov. 29 from 1-4 p.m.
