On Monday, Sept. 7, 12:15-1 p.m., there will be free “Yoga On the Lawn” led by Nova Yoga Studio on the grounds of Government House.

On Tuesday, Sept 8, 12:15-1 p.m., there will be free “T’ai Chi Chih On the Lawn” led by instructor Sheila Leonard, PBVM on the grounds of Government House.

On Wednesday, Sept 9, 12:15-1 p.m., there will be free “Yoga On the Lawn” led by Nova Yoga Studio on the grounds of Government House.

On Thursday, Sept 10, 12-1 p.m., there will be free “Wisdom Healing Quigong On the Lawn” led by instructor Sheila Leonard, PBVM on the grounds of Government House.

On Thursday, Sept 10 at 3 p.m. The "Patio Series" with Brian Way and special guests will take place as part of the Lieutenant Governor’s Performance Series. The presentation will also be livestreamed at https://www.facebook.com/JudyFooteLG

On Friday, Sept 11, the fourth in a series of lunchtime theatre performances will take place on the grounds of Government House 12-1 p.m., as part of the ongoing Government House COVID-19 Community Outreach Program. The fourth performance will be a presentation of Sharon King-Campbell’s "Original," produced by PerSIStence Theatre Company. The program provides outdoor space for performances by artists where COVID-19 healthcare guidelines can be followed. Proceeds from these ticketed events, managed entirely by the artists, go directly to the performers. Further details for this performance are available at www.persistencetheatre.com

Public health guidelines have been updated for public gatherings on the grounds. The total number of individuals permitted to engage has been increased to 100. Physical distancing is still required. The grounds of Government House continue to remain open to the public and require physical distancing. https://www.govhouse.nl.ca
