Kitchener man Paul Jankura is set to arrive at Cape Spear Sunday afternoon between noon and 2 p.m. after cycling from Ontario to raise funds for the Multiple Sclerosis Society of Canada.

Jankura’s friend, Josh Fleet, was diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis (MS) at age 26.

The decision to cycle from Kitchener to Cape Spear was partly because Fleet’s parents are from Bell Island. They live in Kitchener today.

Dubbed the Ride4Vibes, it’s already raised over $30k towards the $100k goal.

Everyone is welcome to greet Jankura and the Ride4Vibes team at Cape Spear on Sunday.
