Chris Kenny and Don O'Brien, both of Weld Tech, replace the number zero with the number one on the large red numbers by the water at the end of Queen Street in Charlottetown.

Understandably, Downtown Charlottetown Inc. was ready to say goodbye to the pandemic-plagued 2020 a bit early Wednesday and usher in 2021.
