Founding member of Florence fire department honoured

The Florence Volunteer Fire Department honoured founding member William (Ding) MacDonald by naming its new 1,500-gallon tanker after him. MacDonald, with wife Edna and Chief Adam MacIntyre, was honoured at a ceremony at the Florence Fire Station on Saturday.
