Lucia Vaca-Talbot's mom, Fiona Talbot-Strong, arranged for 18-month-old horse Sugarfoot as a special surprise to help celebrate her daughter’s 10th birthday on Thursday, May 28.

Sugarfoot is owned by Hinchinbrook Farm in Blockhouse.
