VIDEO: Walking virtually together for Autism in Cape Breton

Michelle Gardiner, Jayne Young and autism support co-ordinator Sam Gascoyne take a stroll in Wentworth Park in Sydney on Friday as a warmup for the Walk Your Way for Autism fundraiser which takes place today. A virtual event this year, due to the COVID-19 pandemic, participants walk when and where they want during the all-day event, and post it on social media with the hashtag WalkYourWayforAutismNS. People with Instagram and Facebook accounts are also asked to tag @AutismNS and @walkthewalkfor autism. Young is the captain of Henry's Helpers. Her five-year-old daughter suggested the family enter a team and they will walk at Carmen Young Walking Track in North Sydney.
