The Royal Newfoundland Constabulary has arrested a 30-year-old man in connection with armed robberies that occurred in October and November.

Just after 5 p.m. on Tuesday, RNC officers located the man at a residence in the east of the city and executed his arrest.

The accused will appear in court this morning facing charges of robbery, disguise with intent, carrying a concealed weapon and carrying a weapon for a dangerous purpose.
