Weather
It will be partly cloudy across the province Thursday with a high of -7 C. West winds will gust to 30 km/h and with the wind chill, it will feel like -12 C.
A word from SaltWire Network chief meteorologist Cindy Day:
“The sun is lovely, but we could use a little more heat. Today’s daytime high temperatures are at least four degrees below normal, and the wind is serving up wind chill in the -10 to -14 C range. Bundle up! Temperatures will bounce back, at least a little, as we coast into the weekend. A weak trough of low pressure will cross the province on Sunday with 1-3 centimetres of snow and more wind; the high of -2 C will feel like -10 C Sunday afternoon. The week will get off to a cool but quiet start with some snow on the radar by midweek.”
