SUMMERSIDE, P.E.I. — The Summerside Fire Department’s Engine 4 responded to a call of smouldering mulch on Water Street early Monday evening.

The mulch was quickly dealt with by firefighters.

Fire chief Ron Enman said calls like this are not uncommon in the summer.
