Car overturns after hitting snow bank in St. John's Monday night

No serious injuries

There were no serious injuries Monday night after a car overturned on Great Eastern Avenue.

It appears the driver struck a snow bank just after 10 p.m. on the residential street and the car rolled onto its side.

An RNC cruiser stayed on scene until a tow-truck arrived to remove the vehicle.

No information was available as to why the car struck the snow bank.
