BAY ROBERTS, N.L. — Bay Roberts RCMP is investigating the discovery of a dead dog wrapped in tarp and left in a pond near the community.
According to a news release, police received a complaint about the carcass on Monday, March 25. Police seized it from a pond between Bay Roberts and North River and are now investigating to identify the owner and the circumstances of dog’s death.
