CONCEPTION BAY SOUTH, N.L. — The Royal Newfoundland Constabulary pulled over a driver in C.B.S. Saturday night to find the 24-year-old man was driving with no insurance and a suspended licence.

Further investigation revealed the man owed more than $18,000 in traffic fines.

He was ticketed and his vehicle was impounded by the police.
