Mount Pearl, N.L. — Eastern Health paramedics responding to a report of an unresponsive man in a vehicle called in the RNC to assist at the scene at Topsail Road in Mount Pearl around 11 a.m. Friday.
The 30-year-old man had two outstanding arrest warrants and had been suspended from driving provincewide.
He was arrested and held at the lock up for court. His vehicle was impounded
