GRAND FALLS-WINDSOR, N.L. — Members of the Exploits Ground Search and Rescue are now conducting a ground search for missing Grand Falls-Windsor resident Thomas Guy Jones.
An aerial search is also underway by Universal Helicopters.
The 22-year-old was last seen 7 p.m. Wednesday evening behind the old mill on Southside Road in the central Newfoundland town. At the time, he was described as wearing a blue coat dark jeans and green rubber boots.
Jones, standing five-foot-seven and weighing 125 pounds, has collar-length brown hair and hazel eyes.
