One man has been taken to hospital after he lost control of his motorcycle on Castors Drive in Mount Pearl Tuesday night. Witnesses on scene told the Telegram that the bike driver suffered some head and facial injuries but the incident could have been much worse as the street was busy with children and their parents out trick-or-treating in the normally quiet area. They also say the man, who appeared to be in his fifties, was not wearing a helmet. The motorcycle appeared to have suffered moderate damage and was leaking fluids. The Royal Newfoundland Constabulary is investigating the incident.
