CORNER BROOK, N.L. — A tugboat sailed out to meet the Spaarnegracht in the Bay of Islands on Monday as the cargo ship that had been docked at Corner Brook Pulp and Paper Limited was preparing to leave Corner Brook.

The ship is headed for Port Canaveral in the United States.
