Q: I've been living on my boat. It's my home. Will I be able to smoke a joint there?
A: Generally speaking, smoking marijuana in or on a boat is no-go (apart from any future clearance for unique cases, to come in added regulations from the Liberal cabinet). However, if your boat is your home, it is being treated differently under the law. If it's your own houseboat or yacht you call home sweet home and not a shared workspace, you'll be able to smoke there.
There are some conditions though. You have to be moored to land, or at least anchored. And you can't be at the controls at all when the weed is out, or while you're still under the influence. For the vast majority of people here, especially in this climate, any combination of boats and cannabis is really a non-starter. With that said, this is one of the exceptions.
