Impaired driver stopped in Conception Bay South

The 36-year-old driver of a vehicle stopped by RNC in the Conception Bay South area Wednesday blew twice the legal limit on a breath sample.

The driver was charged with impaired driving and operating a motor vehicle above the legal limit.

His car was seized, he was issued a suspension of driving privileges and released to appear in court at a later date.
