Jamie Francis Snook, a Bay St. George area man facing six weapons charges, one count of possessing property obtained by crime and one of breaking and entering and committing an indictable offence has been remanded in custody.
Snook was arrested on the weekend and taken into custody by the Bay St. George RCMP.
His weapons charges includes: possession of a weapon obtained by commission of an offence; unlawfully possessing a firearm, crossbow, prohibited/restricted weapon while under prohibition; carelessly using firearm or ammunition; unauthorized possession of a firearm; possession of a firearm knowing its possession is unauthorized; and trafficking in weapons.
Snook’s next court appearance is set for April 2.
