ST. JOHN'S, N.L. — A 22-year-old man will be in court this morning answering to charges of impaired driving and flight from police in west end St. John's early this morning.

The Royal Newfoundland Constabulary reports that officers were able to stop the vehicle near 1:20 a.m.

The vehicle was impounded.
